Brian Life
Brian Life is an incredible urban artist out of Brooklyn, NY (originally out of Boston, MA). From illustration, to airbrush, 3D modeling, digital painting, logo design and more - he is a master at his craft.
When we asked Brian about the inspiration behind his work as a whole, this is what he had to say...
“Simply said, the inspiration for my art comes from Life. The Good the Bad and the Ugly. With that said, many of my pieces are commissioned so they have a specific theme or concept directed by the client. Of course I lace it with my vision and style and I don't compromise for the benefit of money. If my hearts not in it, I wont get involved. I stick to my gut feelings about each project and put my all into whatever I create...
I do wish I had more pieces that where purely my concepts and not commercial pieces but, I do art for a living so not every piece is as original as I would like. Fortunately, as my career has developed over the years, I am able to create original art-expression that people like so much they want to buy it! This is the highest reward and most satisfying compliment I could ever receive. I aspire to create art that moves you, that makes you want to Move, art that inspires you to create, or simply appreciate this amazing Life!”
