Terms and Conditions:
1. Clients ad will appear in the section paid for, for the duration specified. Fly Media Productions reserves the right to alter the ad schedule as needed.
2. All ads are subject to approval. Fly Media Productions reserves the right to review and approve the suitability of ads submitted. Fly Media Productions makes no guarantee of sales for products listed on the website.
3. All online advertisements appearing on the website must be paid in full, per duration upon submission, via Pay Pal. All ads must be paid in full prior to appearing on the DaLyfe.com website and will be rotated on a first come–first served basis.
4. The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fly Media Productions, its directors, officers, employees, agents and members for all losses, costs, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from any claim for infringement of the rights of third parties based upon publication of the advertising in question, including, without limitation, those arising from claims or suits for defamation, copyright or trademark infringement, misappropriation, violation of the Lanham Act or rights of privacy or publicity or from any and all similar claims now known or hereafter devised.
5. No conditions, printed or otherwise, appearing on contracts, insertion orders or instructions which conflict with the provisions of this agreement will be binding on Fly Media Productions. Except as specifically agreed by Fly Media Productions and advertised, all advertising positioning/placement clauses and conditions will be treated as requests only and cannot be guaranteed. In addition, Fly Media Productions reserves the right to run an unlimited number of ads at any given time on the website providing space is available.
6. All advertisements must be submitted digitally to sizes specifically indicated; via e–mail sent to . Publisher will not be held responsible for the quality of any portion of the advertisement that does not meet the established mechanical criteria. Any failure by the advertiser to provide proper creative ads shall not relieve the payment obligation or alter the scheduled ad dates.
7. If the advertiser wishes to pull the listed ad prior to the end of the duration period, the request must be submitted in writing and sent via e–mail to . There will be no refunds given for early withdrawal of advertising. If you wish to cancel a campaign at any time you may contact us or cancel your subscription manually at PayPal.com. You must cancel prior to the next billing period if you do not wish to be billed for another month. There are no refunds for early withdrawal.
